Graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Business Administration, Kim Anh has built over 15 years of experience in the tourism industry. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in tourism management, customer service, and creating meaningful cultural experiences for both domestic and international visitors.

At Tohe Art & Craft Nha Trang, Kim Anh oversees the daily operations of the cultural experience center while personally leading hands-on workshops that introduce visitors to the beauty of Vietnamese traditional arts and crafts. Her expertise includes To He figurine making, conical hat painting, traditional mask painting, coconut leaf weaving, Vietnamese tea appreciation, traditional phin coffee brewing, and Ao Dai cultural experiences.

As both a dedicated manager and skilled artisan, Kim Anh believes that every cultural activity should create lasting memories while helping visitors gain a deeper understanding of Vietnam's traditions, craftsmanship, and local way of life.
